Service Description
Newcastle and Sunderland Climbing centres offer a large range of climb lengths and difficulties making it ideal for all climbers. JETA Climbing sessions are tailored to your groups abilities and available for everyone 8 years and older
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our activities, there are potentially some conditions where they would be unsafe to run. We take these decisions very seriously and will do everything in our power to continue with the planned activities as booked however there are some aspects (e.g. Mother Nature) that we are unable to control. Therefore, we will inform you of the decision to reschedule your booking at least 24 hours prior to the activity unless for emergency cancelations. We will contact you about rescheduling your activity within our next available slot. Full refunds will be considered until 48 hours prior to the activity start time for participant cancellations. No refunds will be available within this 48 hour time period.
